What We Do
Excavation
Excavation means a dug out area of ground and includes a deep foundation excavation, trench, tunnel and shaft.
Trenching
Trenching is the type of excavation in which the depth is more than the width.
Deep Foundation
Deep Foundation means a foundation unit that provides support for a building or structure by transferring loads either by end bearing to soil or rock at substantial depth below the building or structure, or by adhesion or friction or both.
Our Story
Our story began with Navid Sabaeri dream of transforming Halifax’s real estate sector. Spending decades of creating a stellar reputation in the Halifax real estate markets through his projects here, by establishing standards of professionalism and transparency. Through the platform of united gulf developments, he successfully introduce a holistic model to revamp HRM real estate.
Truth and honesty have been core value of United Gulf Group of Companies. Our historical associations go far back in time; the first milestone was achieved with the development of Boss Plaza on Dutch Village Road, the foundation stone of which was a bench mark to start with. The development journey has not stopped since. Currently, United Gulf Group of Companies has various ongoing projects, including Skye Halifax, uniquely themed multipurpose building on Hollis street, downtown Halifax. We have been successfully developing value to our shareholders and clients, as well as generating employment through our key businesses that are supported by external engagements.
